Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email before the 14-day deadline expires.

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products manufactured according to your specifications (custom 3D prints, personalized items)
  • Digital content (3D models, designs) once downloaded
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what was necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Warranty Claims (Reklamace)

Under Czech law, consumers are entitled to a 24-month warranty on all physical products for defects in materials and workmanship.

If you discover a defect within this period, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect and your order details.

We will assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect. Warranty claims are typically resolved within 30 days.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via email with your order number
  2. Describe the defect and include photos
  3. We will provide instructions for returning the item if needed
  4. We will assess the claim and notify you of the resolution

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
