1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods from Merulab ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency) and include applicable taxes where required. As we are not a VAT payer, no VAT is added to our prices.

Payment is due before shipment. We will contact you with payment details after your order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as agreed.

5. Shipping

We ship from the Czech Republic. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Detailed shipping information is available on our Shipping & Payment page.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email before the deadline. You must return the goods in their original condition, unused and in original packaging if possible.

Certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including custom-made products manufactured according to your specifications and 3D models or digital content once downloaded.

7. Warranty and Defects

We provide a 24-month warranty on all physical products for defects in materials and workmanship, as required by Czech law for consumer purchases.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order number and description of the defect.

8. Custom Orders

For custom-made products (3D printed parts, custom designs, etc.), specifications must be agreed upon before production begins. Changes after production has started may incur additional costs.

Custom products are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are manufactured according to your specifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, 3D models, images, and text, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

By providing designs or specifications for custom orders, you confirm that you have the right to use those designs and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at our email address.

For EU consumers: You may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Czech consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
