Questions
Can you make a replacement for a broken part?
Often yes: we scan the original, repair or redraw the model, and print or machine the new part.
How much does it cost?
Every job is priced individually once we know what you need. Send the details and we will reply with a quote.
Do you ship outside the Czech Republic?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Items made to your specification cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right, but the 24-month warranty for defects still applies.
